    "content": "Shipping & Delivery Last updated: August 2026 Where we deliver We deliver right across the United Kingdom. What it costs Express delivery is a flat £22. Orders of £60 or more are delivered free. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay, and it is charged as a delivery option rather than as a line item, so a discount code only ever reduces the price of the goods. How long it takes Allow 5 to 7 days. Screens are prepared to order rather than picked off a shelf, which is what takes the time. We will tell you if anything is going to run longer than that. Tracking Every order ships with tracking. You get a link by email as soon as your order leaves us. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder first, then contact us with your order number and we will resend it. If a parcel is late, lost or damaged Until the goods reach you, the risk is ours: on a consumer sale, risk passes when you take physical possession of the goods, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we sort it out, either by replacing the order or refunding it. You do not need to chase the carrier yourself. Getting your address right Please check the delivery address before you pay. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody could take delivery, we will resend it, though a second delivery charge may apply.",

    "content": "Refunds & Returns Last updated: September 2026 Your right to change your mind You have a legal right to change your mind. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from the day your order arrives to cancel it, for any reason at all, and you do not have to give us one. Tell us within those 14 days, then send the screen back within 14 days of telling us. We refund what you paid for the goods and the basic delivery charge you paid to receive them, within 14 days of getting the screen back. If you chose express delivery, we refund the standard rate rather than the express one. You pay the cost of sending it back. We can reduce a refund if the screen has been handled more than you would have been able to handle it in a shop, so unrolling it and offering it up to the window is fine, and cutting the mesh or the strip is not. Our 30-day policy on top We give you longer than the law asks. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind on an uncut, unused screen in its original packaging. That is our own policy and it sits on top of the 14-day statutory right rather than replacing it. Nothing on this page takes away a right you have by law. There is no charge for cancelling and no handling fee. We refund to the card or PayPal account you paid with. If something is faulty Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the screen has to be of satisfactory quality, match how we described it and be fit for what you bought it for. If it is not, you have a short-term right to reject it within 30 days of delivery and get your money back in full. After that we will repair or replace it, and if that does not fix it you can ask for a price reduction or reject it. We pay the return postage on anything faulty, damaged or not as described. Contact us and we will put it right. Cutting the screen Every kit is supplied oversize on purpose and you cut it down to your own window at home. We do not cut anything to your measurements, so nothing we sell is made to your specification and the full cancellation right applies to all of it. Once you have cut the mesh or the strips they cannot be resold, which is why an uncut screen is the condition for changing your mind. A screen that turns out to be faulty is a different matter and is covered whether it has been cut or not. How to start a return Email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and tell us whether you are cancelling or reporting a fault. We reply with the return address and the next step. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us, so your parcel does not go astray. Refund timing We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, to the same payment method you used. Your bank or card issuer decides how quickly it shows on your statement, which is usually a few working days. If we cannot agree Please contact us first, because most things are quicker to sort out directly. If we cannot resolve it, the Citizens Advice consumer service can advise you and can pass the complaint to Trading Standards. "content": "Privacy Policy Last updated: August 2026 This Privacy Policy explains how UK Flyscreen Company (a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, \"we\", \"us\" or \"our\") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you visit flyscreenonline.co.uk or buy from us. We handle your information in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 . Who is responsible The organisation responsible for your information is Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, trading as UK Flyscreen Company. Our British address and our registered address are both in the footer of every page and on the About page. You can reach us about anything on this page, including a request to see what we hold, at theteam@customersupport.care . What we collect and why Order information. Your name, email address, delivery address, phone number and what you ordered. We need these to take payment, ship your order and deal with returns. By placing an order you consent to us using them for that. We never see or store your full card number: payments go through Stripe or PayPal, who handle the card data themselves. Enquiry information. What you send us through a contact or quote form, so that we can answer you. Sending us the form is your consent to us replying to it. Analytics information. Only if you agree. See the Cookie Policy for what is set and how to change your mind. Marketing emails. We only send these if you asked for them. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 every one carries our identity and a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect within ten business days at the latest. How consent works British privacy law runs on consent. You give it expressly when you tick a box or send us a form, and by implication when you place an order and we use your address to deliver it. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us, subject to what we still have to keep for legal and tax reasons. Withdrawing consent does not make what we did beforehand unlawful, and in some cases withdrawing it means we can no longer complete an order. How long we keep it Order records are kept for six years, which is the period the Income Tax Act and the Excise Tax Act require us to keep business records. Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted once the matter is closed and there is no longer a reason to keep them. Who we share it with Only the parties needed to get your order to you and to run the site: our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal), our email provider, our delivery partners, and our hosting and analytics providers. We do not sell your information. Some of these providers store or process information outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States and the European Union, which means it may be accessible to the courts and authorities of those countries. Under the UK GDPR's accountability principle we remain responsible for your information when it is handled by a supplier on our behalf, and we use contracts requiring them to protect it to a comparable standard. Your rights You can ask us what personal information we hold about you and what we have done with it, and we will tell you. If something is wrong, you can ask us to correct it, and we will. You can withdraw your consent to marketing at any time. To do any of that, email theteam@customersupport.care . We respond within 30 days, which is the period the UK GDPR allows. Under the UK GDPR you have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to have it sent to another provider, and to object to us using it for marketing. Ask us and we will do it. If you are not satisfied with how we have dealt with you, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk . Security The site runs over HTTPS, payment pages are handled by our payment providers, and access to order information is limited to the people who need it to fulfil your order.",

    "title": "Terms & Conditions",
    "summary": "The terms that apply when you use the website and buy from UK Flyscreen Company.",
    "content": "Terms & Conditions Last updated: August 2026 These Terms & Conditions govern your use of flyscreenonline.co.uk and any purchase you make from UK Flyscreen Company (a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, \"we\", \"us\" or \"our\"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. Our trading and registered addresses are in the footer of every page and on the About page. How a contract is formed The products shown on this site are an invitation to you to place an order, not a binding offer. Your order is the offer. A contract comes into being when we accept it, which we do by sending you an order confirmation email or by dispatching the goods, whichever happens first. Before you order we show you the price, the delivery charge, the total, the delivery timeframe and our returns policy, which is the information statutory consumer protection legislation requires for an internet agreement. Prices and payment All prices are in British dollars. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay: £22 flat, or free on orders of £60 and over. Payment is taken at checkout by card through Stripe or through PayPal. We do not store your full card details. Where a product shows a previous price beside the current one, the previous price is the price this shop charged for that item before the current offer. If a price is obviously wrong, for example through a typing error, we will tell you before dispatch and you can confirm the corrected price or cancel at no cost. Delivery We deliver right across the United Kingdom. Times, costs and what to do if a parcel goes missing are on the Shipping page. Cutting a screen to size Every standard screen is designed to be cut down at home to fit your own opening. Order the size above your measurement. Once you have cut a screen it cannot be returned as unwanted, though your rights over faulty goods are unaffected. Screens we make to your measurements are covered separately on the Refunds & Returns page. Changing your mind Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason and get a full refund, including the basic delivery charge. We give you 30 days from delivery on an uncut, unused screen on top of that. Both are set out in full on the Refunds & Returns page. Faults and guarantees Goods we sell you must be of satisfactory quality, match their description and be fit for the purpose you bought them for. Those are implied conditions under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms limits those, or any other right you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by agreement. Acceptable use Please do not misuse the site: no attempting to break into it, no scraping it for a competing catalogue, and no using it for anything unlawful. We may withdraw access if you do. Our liability Our liability is set out on the Limited Liability Indemnity page. Nothing there or here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Changes to these terms We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. Governing law and disputes These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in that would otherwise apply to you. Your rights as a consumer remain unaffected. We would much rather settle any dispute with you directly, so please contact us first. If we cannot resolve it, the Citizens Advice consumer service can help, and the Competition and Markets Authority handles complaints about misleading advertising.",
